What is this Promotion about?
Exclusive travel accommodation credits are being offered for qualifying clients of Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar. Valid for all travel accommodation listed on the dedicated booking platform. The maximum credit a client may claim through the dedicated booking platform is capped at USD 2,380 per entrant.

Tracking of the remaining credit balance will be visible to the client each time they use any portion of it. Once logged into the booking platform, the balance will appear at the top right corner of the webpage, next to their username.

The Promotion is powered by Travel Credits and features travel accommodation bookings via a dedicated platform operated by the Administrator at https://travelcredits.rewardyourjourney.com/profile.php

What is the travel accommodation credits offered to qualified Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, and Jaguar clients?

30% discount travel accommodation bookings for all qualified Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar clients.

How will clients receive and access their travel accommodation credits?
Travel accommodation credits will be given as a specific login credential (Username and Pin) to the Travel Credits platform which will enable the user to access the exclusive travel accommodation credits.

How long are the login credentials for the Travel Accommodation Credits platform valid?

Each login credential is valid from 1st July 2025 to 31st Aug 2026.
Can the travel accommodation credits be redeemed for cash?
Travel accommodation credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can the login credentials be transferred to someone else?

Login credentials are strictly non-transferable and must be used only by the eligible customer from Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, or Jaguar who is registered for the promotion.
Do the travel accommodation booking details need to match the information of the registered client from Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, or Jaguar?

The travel accommodation booking detail must match the personal details of the qualified client registered for the promotion under one of the following brands: Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, or Jaguar.

How do I participate in this promotion?

From 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026, simply complete a qualifying transaction under any of the participating campaigns to be eligible. Upon successful completion, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with details of your participation.

When does the Promotion start and end?

The Promotion begins at 12:00am (local time) on 1 July 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Singapore time) on June 30, 2026.
What is the Login Credential retrieval period?

Login credentials for the Travel Credits platform may be retrieved between 1 July 2025 and 31 July 2026, or such other date as may be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The last date to retrieve the Username and PIN for the Travel Credits platform is 31 July 2026.
When should I book my Travel Accommodation stay?

You must book your hotel stay for any date between 1 July 2025 and 31 October 2026, both dates included.
How long is my Travel Credits account valid for?

Login credentials for the Travel Credits platform will expire on 31 October 2026, which shall be
the final date on which entrants may access the Travel Credits platform. All bookings using
the Travel Credits platform must be completed between 1 July 2025 and 31 October 2026. The
travel accommodation credits offered under this promotion is valid only for bookings made within
this period and will expire on 31 October 2026. 
Who can qualify to participate in this Promotion?

All clients of Range Rover, Defender, Discovery or who have completed at least one
qualifying transaction are eligible. Travel accommodation credits are available in limited
quantities and will be issued while stocks last.
Can I claim multiple promotional codes?

Each client is entitled to a single unique code, which enables the creation of a
personalized account. This account can be used for multiple bookings throughout the
promotional period, with total savings of up to USD 2,380.
Who can qualify in this promotion?

This promotion is open to all eligible clients who meet the campaign criteria from any of the following brands: Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, and Jaguar, in one of the participating countries listed below:

How do I redeem my Travel Accommodation Credits?

Click the link provided in the Qualifying Email (sent from Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar) to access the Campaign Site. There, you will be prompted to enter the Unique Code included in the same email on the Participation Form.

Once successfully submitted, the login credentials in the format (Username–PIN) will be sent to your email address along with a link to the booking platform at https:// travelcredits.rewardyourjourney.com/profile.php.

i. When ready to browse or book accommodation, access the booking platform at https://travelcredits.rewardyourjourney.com/profile.php. and log in using the Username and PIN.
ii. The discount will automatically apply to all eligible bookings via the platform.
iii. Discounts are valid for multiple bookings - claim early to enjoy the full validity period
What happens if I have misplaced my login credentials for the Booking platform? Can I request for new one?

You can retrieve your login credentials anytime by accessing the Qualifying Email.

Why is my screen showing this error 'Cross-Site Request Forgery' when logging into the Travel Accommodation Credits platform?

Cross Site Forgery
This means there was no activity on the Travel Accommodation Credits platform for more than 10 minutes, leading the page to expire and log out. To access the page again, kindly refresh or reload the page and log in again.

How do I cancel or amend my booking?

To cancel or amend your booking, simply login to the Booking platform with your login credentials, go to ‘View Bookings’, read the ‘Important Information’ under Your Documents and refer to the Hotel Cancellation Policy, to find out if there are penalties or charges for cancellation outside of the allocated timeline, or if it is a non-refundable booking. If you would still like to proceed to cancellation, click on ‘cancel/amend booking’.

What is the validity of the Travel Accommodation Credit?

The travel accommodation credits must be redeemed (i.e., applied to a booking) by 31 October 2026. Hotel stays must be scheduled to occur between 1 July 2025 and 31 October 2026, inclusive of both dates.
I want to book a two-week stay where the total discount amounts to USD4,000, which exceeds the allowed limit of USD 2,380, how would that be handled?

Booking will not be accepted. To proceed, you will need to adjust your booking details to ensure the total discount remains within the permitted threshold.
